应 OCEANS'19会务组（IEEE-OES/MTS OCEANS 2019 Marseille） 的邀请，浙江大学 杨子江 于2019年 6 月15日至 2019 年 6 月21日赴 法国马赛 参加IEEE-OES/MTS OCEANS 2019 Marseille国际会议。现将出访情况报告如下：

    一、访问基本情况

I, together with my co-authors, have five papers to be presented at the OCEAN 2019 Marseille meeting. I attended the meeting and met many of my old friends. We discuss and exchange information, and plan for future meetings.
