1. 毕业设计
麻省理工学院 陈敏教授 招生名额 1~2人
毕设暂定主题：Research on the five most significant achievements made in each of the five MIT Schools. The goal is to determine the following: What were achieved? The significance and the impact on students as well as human beings in general.
2. 暑期科研（2019年暑期-2019年底）
麻省理工学院 Jeehwan Kim教授 招生1名
项目主题：Remote epitaxial growth
注：The duration of the internships is 6 month period.

加州大学San Diego分校 Zhaowei Liu教授 招生名额 1 人，毕设题目暂定。

匹兹堡大学 胡京通教授，招生1-2名
The Embedded System Lab (ESL) in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Pittsburgh is accepting applications for summer internships. The ESL lab is mainly focusing on embedded systems and their applications in various areas, such as medical and wearable devices. We design both hardware and software. Students with experiences in PCB design, microcontroller, and algorithm design are preferred. University of Pittsburgh is ranked 43 in USNews Best Global Universities Rankings. Historically known as “the Steel City”, Pittsburgh is now a city with a lot of high tech companies. Google, Apple Inc., Bosch, Facebook, Uber, Nokia, Autodesk, Microsoft and IBM are among 1,600 technology firms generating $20.7 billion in annual Pittsburgh payrolls. 5. 暑期科研或毕业设计
亚利桑那大学 张哲珅教授 招生名额1-2名
The Quantum Informaiton and Materials (QIM) Group in the College of Optical Sciences and the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Arizona is accepting applications for summer internships in 2019. The research of the QIM group is focused on quantum information and optics experiments at the materials, devices, and systems level. We encourage students with background and interests in photonics, quantum sciences, electrical engineering, and applied physics to appy. The duration of the internships is 3 months, with the possibility of extension to a 6-month period. Selected candidates will work in a team comprised of the Principal Investigator, postdoctoral researchers, and graduate students on developing models for experiments and building experimental components. The College of Optical Sciences at the University of Arizona is one of the three major optics research centers in the United States. The University of Arizona is ranked the 17th public university in the United States by the Center for World University Rankings. 6. 暑期科研、毕业设计
宾州州立大学 黄声希教授，招生名额1-2名
SCOPE Lab is led by Prof. Shengxi Huang! Situated in the Millennium Science Complex at Pennsylvania State University, we are interested in sensing, characterization and optoelectronic applications of nanomaterials. Our group explores the nanomaterial photonics and electronics in terms of fundamental physics and device applications. We work on different aspects of research: simulation/calculation and experiments, fundamental physics and device applications. The research is highly inter-disciplinary involving applied physics, material science, physical chemistry, optical/electrical engineering, and biology. 选拔方式：
1. 个人申请：申请者按项目的相关要求自己完成个人英文简历的设计，并将申请表（见附件）、英文成绩单、语言证明等相关材料电子版在3月15日前发钟老师邮箱：zhongtingting@zju.edu.cn；
（提示：所有资料合成一个pdf，文件命名为“年级+专业+姓名+学校+导师”）
2. 简历中必须明确说明个人已有的研究背景。
3. 教授将依据简历和相关材料进行遴选和面试。
五、说明
1． 安全问题：入选者需要购买一份人身意外险，其他安全问题将由学生本人和家长自己承担，并向学院提供保险单复印件；
2. 以MIT所在地区波士顿为例，暑期两个月总共花费约2.5万人民币。申请人本人承担主要费用，包括往返机票，公寓租住及日常开销等。该项目将获得学校一定额度（不超过2万人民币) 的资助。
3. 所有暑期科研类项目可抵换短学期和第四课堂学分。
