Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Provide daily desktop support to Asia Pacific users.
* Work as AP region desktop ticket assignor
* Work as China, Thailand PC forecast coordinator
* Provide training to new desktop employees
* Support business unit pull project or IBE project
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Information Technology related major.
* Good working attitude
* Fast learning capacity
* Open minded
* Willing for change
* Good communication skill set
* Good written and oral English skills
