Participate in system algorithm and architecture design and implementation for wireless communication systems and DSP systems
Perform float point and fixed point verification and optimization of system algorithms
Work with hardware and software teams for optimal implementation
Help with measurements and tests of final products
Job requirements :
Extensive theoretical and practical experience in digital communications, signal processing, probability and random process is required.
Proficiency in C/C++ and MATLAB programming is required.
Experience in ASIC design and/or RF is desired.
Hands-on experience with various WWAN/WLAN/WPAN (e.g. 3G/4G, WLAN, Bluetooth, ZigBee,... ) and digital broadcast PHY/baseband systems is preferred.
MS or Ph.D. degree in EE (or a related discipline)

Responsibilities
• Working on digital IC design/verification;
Responsible for RTL design & simulation, pre-/post-layout simulation, FPGA verification, logic synthesis, static timing analysis, test pattern generation for ATE;
• Cooperating with analog group, interfacing to supporting groups such as software, layout, test, and product engineering.
Job Requirements:
• MS Degree in EE or equivalent;
• Working experience in ASIC design;
• Familiar with ASIC design flow and IC design tools such as VCS, Verilog-XL, ModelSim, Design Compiler, Prime Time etc.;
• Must be proficient in Verilog/VHDL, and digital low power design
• Experience on FPGA verification;
• Knowledge of communication interfaces such as I2C, SMBUS, SPI, PWM, DC-DC digital block design;
• Familiarity of 8/16 bit microcontroller design is preferred;
• Experience of mixed-signal design is preferred;
• Good oral and written English communication skills;

工作职责：
从事嵌入式系统软件的开发和维护工作。
基本要求：
1，必须熟悉嵌入式系统特性，软件架构；必须用C语言完成过实际的项目；
2，熟悉单片机原理及其应用，参与过两个或以上的以51、PIC、AVR、ARM、 MIPS或SPARC
等为核心的实际项目；
3， 能较熟练使用示波器，仿真器等常用工具进行软硬件在线调试；
4， 至少熟悉以下常用协议中的一种，如I2C、SPI、UART、USB、Ethernet、IDE、SD等；
5， 英语CET-4级或以上；
6，必须为2012年7月份之前毕业的应届硕士研究生或应届本科生；限计算机、电气工程相
关专业；
有以下经验之一者优先考虑：
1， 熟悉windows系统应用编程， 使用Win32 API或MFC开发过实际项目；
2， 熟悉windows系统驱动编程，参与过windows CE驱动程序或者windows驱动程序开发；
3， 熟悉linux系统使用，熟悉shell script编程；
4， 熟悉linux驱动编程，参与过linux驱动或者android平台相关项目的开发；
5， 了解网络相关知识，熟悉TCP/IP协议、套接字编程；
6， 具备多线程软件开发经验，熟悉线程同步/进程同步/进程间通讯技术；对uCOS， Thr
eadX, Nucleus,VxWorks,WinCE,Linux内核中的一种或几种有过较深入学习者，有实际的内
核或驱动开发相关经验者；
