Software R&D engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Software Research and Development for a new industry control system (DCS).
· Participate in all stages of development from requirements analysis, through feature development, detail design and all the process to fix the bugs under a tight release deadline.
· Produce clear designs, excellent implementation and high quality code in accordance to the design specifications.
· Compile the testing plan according to the design input document and control software safety standard, verify the software product and complete the testing report to make control software robust.
· Be patient to answer customer’s question, take the necessary field service for solving technical issues to guarantee the project successful.
· Write documents, including internal development documents and user documents
Qualification:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in computer science or equivalent
• Self motivated and team oriented personality.
• Good English communication (speaking and writing) skill
• Interested in working in fast paced, global business environment
• Able to work and travel in global collaborating environment with intensive challenges.
Skills:
· Hand-on experience with C/C++ computer language is must
· Strong OOP/OOAD programming skill
· Knowledge of Design Pattern would be a plus
· Knowledge of Real time operating system/embedded system software would be a plus
· Knowledge of industry control system or DCS would be a plus
· Knowledge of power, chemical or refinery would be a plus
Hardware R&D engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Hardware Research and Development for a new industry control system (DCS). Develop IO modules include Analog input/Analog output/Digital input/Digital output modules and communication modules with field bus intelligent electric device of third party, for example FF, HART.
• Participate in all stages of development from requirements analysis, through feature development, detail design and all the process under a tight release deadline.
• Analyze and simulate the performance of the design for the application.
• Verify that the design meets Design for Manufacturability and Testability guidelines and achieves the cost and reliability targets.
• Provide technical support to commercial team and customers.
• Write documents, including internal development documents and user documents
Qualification:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronic, automation etc.
• Self motivated and team oriented personality.
• Good English communication (speaking and writing) skill
• Interested in working in fast paced, global business environment
• Able to work and travel in global collaborating environment with intensive challenges.
Skills:
• knowledge of drawing PCB, designing MCU subsystem, master analog and digital circuit, or programming both C, assemble and Verilog HDL language
• Knowledge of EMC.
• Proven hardware design knowledge in Analog, Digital, ADC, DAC circuits.
• Knowledge in 51, ARM series single-chip, with rich practical experience of compilation, the developing of C language software and debugging, knowledge in the embedded system development.
• Knowledge of industry control system (DCS or PLC) would be a plus
• Knowledge of power, chemical or refinery would be a plus
