高剑波教授，1966年3月出生。本科毕业于浙江大学，硕士毕业于中科院力学所，博士毕业于美国加州大学洛杉矶分校。现任广西大学复杂性科学与大数据技术研究所所长、美国PMB智能有限公司CEO、欧亚系统科学研究会期刊《系统科学通讯》副主编。
