The 7th Zhejiang University Graduate International Workshop on Intelligent Signal Processing Successfully Held

The 7th Zhejiang University Graduate International Workshop on Intelligent Signal Processing was held successfully from October 6 to 20, providing young scholars, postgraduates and senior undergraduates with 20 lectures on international cutting-edge topics in intelligent signal processing. The lectures covered hot topics such as IoT signal processing, joint sensing and communication, multidimensional tensor signal processing, and others. The invited experts include renowned experts active in the field from 20 universities in 9 countries and regions, including Harvard University (USA), Carnegie Mellon University (USA), University of Delaware (USA), University of British Columbia (Canada), University of New South Wales (Australia), etc.

The workshop was sponsored by Zhejiang University and co-sponsored by IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, China Institute of Electronics Radar Society and Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City. It was organized by the Graduate School of Zhejiang University, the State Key Laboratory of Industrial Control Technology and the Key Laboratory of Collaborative Sensing and Autonomous Unmanned Systems of Zhejiang Province, with media support from the Journal of Radar. Professor Zhiguo Shi from Zhejiang University, Professor Martin Haardt from the Technical University of Ilmenau, Germany, and Professor Wei Liu from the University of Sheffield, UK, chaired the workshop. Researcher Qianqian Yang and associate researcher Chengwei Zhou are the local chairs.

The workshop not only accepted graduate students and senior undergraduates to join the Zoom platform through registration, but also attracted scholars from home and abroad through simultaneous live streaming on WeChat video, bilibili platform and Kouxiang academic platform.

A total of 103,412 people attended this international workshop, with an average of more than 8,000 people attending each lecture. This international workshop enhanced the exchange of scholars in the frontier research of international signal processing, opened up the academic vision of postgraduate students in the field of electronic information, cultivated the curiosity and enthusiasm of students in academic research, and promoted the international cooperation and exchange work of Zhejiang University.
