The presentation ceremony of the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Prize, one of China’s most prestigious science awards, was held on November 3rd. ZHAO Yuanfu, alumni (1983) of Semiconductor Physics and Devices of ISEE, won the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Progress Award this year.

ZHAO has been committed to the research of integrated circuit technology for a long time. He is the leader of China's aerospace integrated circuit technology, and has made great contributions to the autonomous control of China's aerospace integrated circuit. He has won one first prize for national technology invention, 7 provincial and ministerial level first prizes for science and technology. In total, 97 patents for invention are authorized as well as 137 academic papers were published.
