This course is a theoretical foundation course for electronic engineering related majors. It is the theoretical basis for studying courses such as Solid Physics and Semiconductor Physics and Devices. This course is mainly about the basic content of both quantum mechanics and statistical physics.First, the main contents of quantum mechanics include the origin and basic concepts of quantum mechanics, Schrödinger equation, one-dimensional infinite deep well, one-dimensional linear harmonic oscillator, tunneling effect, operator of mechanical quantity, wave function of hydrogen atom and hydrogen-like atom. And energy levels, electron spins, stationary perturbation theory, and identical particle systems; Second, the statistical physics part includes the basic concepts of statistical physics, the first and second laws of thermodynamics, thermodynamic functions, and three statistical mathematical processing methods. Some typical applications.
