This course helps students focus on three types of design tools: semiconductor device/process TCAD tools represented by Sentarunce (including the latest authoritative Sentaurus TCAD, the most widely used Tsuprem-4/Medici in the industry, and these tools).Specific applications in device design), analog integrated circuits represented by Cadence or analog-digital hybrid ICCAD tools (including circuit drawing and simulation, fast simulation, digital-analog hybrid simulation, layout drawing, verification, parameter extraction and post-simulation, andThe practical application of these tools in related IC design), digital integrated circuit EDA tools represented by Synopsys (including simulation and synthesis of digital circuits, timing analysis, automatic placement and routing, testability design and verification).Support system design tools represented by Matlab, hardware description language and simulation tools represented by VerilogHDL, and FPGA verification tools.The learning of the three major types of tools is accompanied by the corresponding design and operation practices. Each class is left with practical hands-on tools for designing the work, and is accepted in three sessions.The score is included in the total score.
