Course Introduction

With the progress of modern integrated circuit and the development of system chip technology, it demands higher performance of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. Curriculum mainly introduces the basic design principle and method of CMOS analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, including the design of the basic circuits, simulation of mixed signal integrated circuit system design knowledge. It also introduces operational amplifier design and its performance improvement, switch circuit design, reference design, comparator design. And based on them, filter and data converter are constructed. It enables students to have the design capabilities of CMOS analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits and system.
